I’ve worked with enough home buyers to know that sometimes you need to find the absolute perfect home to find the motivation you need to move...and that can take time.

Maybe touring homes every weekend just isn’t in the cards because you have such a specific style of home, neighborhood or property in mind that you feel bad enlisting the services of a realtor.
