It’s nearly closing day. There are just a few steps left before you get your keys! Please review the following important information about closing.

The closing on the purchase of your home will take place on {{ deal.closingDate }} at the following location: {{ deal.closingAddress }}.

I WILL BE EMAILING THE TITLE COMPANY FOR APPOINTMENT SLOTS. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THAT EMAIL SO WE CAN COORDINATE A TIME THAT WORKS FOR ALL PARTIES

REMINDERS FOR CLOSING:

  • Please bring a valid (current) government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID.
  • Ensure you pre-arrange the transfer of settlement funds or bring the appropriate funds to closing in accordance with what you have arranged with your lender.
  • Please bring any documents your lender has requested you bring to closing.
  • Please arrange for utility companies (water, electric & gas (if applicable) to transfer the accounts into your name on the day of closing. You are welcome to choose any company, should there be multiple choices.
