Team Shaker spent the time between holidays working on a laundry list of enhancements to make everyday life easier for our customers.

Here’s a list of things that have changed: 

Triggered Emails: 

• Users can now CC recipients on triggered emails from deal stages. 
• We’ve also added the ability to add multiple recipients on a triggered email
• Triggered emails can have a scheduled send time.  If not scheduled, messages will default to 9AM in your time zone.

Individual Email Messages - When drafting a message in the templates library or a one-off email from a deal page, you can now access merge fields more easily by typing {{ to call up a list of available fields to customize your message. In a one-off message, only data that is filled in on a deal will be available to merge.

Change stages from a deal page - No more clicking back to the deals board! You can now quickly move deals to the next stage from the deal page using the drop down list on the left side panel. 

Set a default vendor for a role - Previously only shaker paid users could be added as a default to a role. This feature now allows you to set contacts in your vendor list as default for roles such as title officer, photographer, etc.
