Shaker Launches MLS Integrations, Enhanced SMS and Social Media Features

Shaker continues its momentum toward being the most client friendly real estate transaction and relationship management platform.

Shaker, the collaborative CRM and transaction management platform built exclusively for real estate professionals, announces new features including nearly 100 MLS connections, automated text messaging and social profile snapshots..

Shaker has focused on building a relationship and transaction management system that is much easier to use than current legacy systems and this latest feature launch gives real estate teams, brokers and agents expanded tools to better manage their business. 

MLS Sync

With the release of MLS integrations, Shaker can now connect to nearly 100 different data feeds and automatically sync property data and photos to a transaction file in Shaker.  This feature can save hours per week previously spent on data entry.  To inquire about setting up a connection to your local MLS, email support@shaker.io.
SMS/Texting

62% of clients prefer to receive communications from their realtor via text, and now you can send and track your text messages with Shaker. With the enhanced SMS/Text features real estate agents can now:

• Draft and send 1:1 text messages from Shaker
• Store and use SMS templates just like email templates
• Schedule Triggered SMS messages at any state of a transaction
• Add SMS messages to a workflow such as an anniversary or birthday program.

Social Media Snapshots

The new social media feeds allow agents to store social media profile links and view recent posts in order to find meaningful ways to engage with them online.  This feature is available for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
